Still want to know more. . .

Professionally, I have worked at YMCA of the Rockies, Partners Mentoring Youth, Estes Park Chamber & Resort Association and Home Financial of the Rockies. These marketing experiences helped refine my love for words that are descriptive, exciting and accurate.

I started writing my first journal when I was eight, and haven't put down the pen yet. As my hobbies and careers have merged, I realize that good writing is inspirational, wherever it is found. If a novel doesn't make me cry or laugh out loud at least once, it wasn't worth reading.

My love of the outdoors and all recreational activities comes from Alaska where I was born and raised in small Yupik fishing villages. Ingenuity and creativity are a way of life in Alaska where stores are scarce and the barge delivered groceries once a year.

Currently, I live in Fort Collins, Colorado with my family where we enjoy biking, playgrounds, sledding, picnics, meeting new friends and making pancakes with maple sausage on Saturday mornings.

And if that still wasn't enough. . .
